General Terms

- The access to the website eventonic.be and the ordering of the offered services
entails the application of the present general terms. The member recognizes
that he knows and accept those general terms.
- Only the member is responsible for mentions which he publishes on the website
and confirms that these mentions do not violate any rights of third parties.
In this respect, Eventonic does not assume any responsibility.
Eventonic reserves the right to refuse to publish or to remove from the website
any information which would appear manifestly inaccurate, offensive, denigratory,
harmful to the rights of third parties or in opposition to the laws and public
order and/or public decency.
- Each member can order Eventonic services, by letter, fax or e-mail. This
order will be the object of an order confirmation, sent by one of these communications,
which will remind the application of the present general terms and the other
conditions of the order. The contract will be concluded at the moment of the
sending of the order confirmation.
- Except when the service is free, it will be executed after the payment of
the due amount, which will be mentioned on the order confirmation.
- The information will be maintained on the website for the agreed duration.
The information relative to punctual events will be, except otherwise agreed,
removed from the website after the happening of the event. The other information
will be maintained on-line after the expiration of agreed duration, by tacit
renewal, on the same conditions - about the price - except when the member
has notified his intention to terminate it, at least one month before the
expiration of the term.
The customer's decision to remove from the website certain information will
not give place to reimbursement of the paid amounts.
- Eventonic cannot be held responsible for interruptions which could occur
in the access to its website, except in case of deception (dol).
- Any dispute arising between a member and Eventonic will be subjected to
the exclusive competence of the courts of Brussels, which will apply the Belgian
law.
