 Concept
Discover a magical period in the history of Arts & Techniques,
blending all the ingredients of a time when unlimited pleasure was the key
to optimism. Witness the invention of the phonograph by the genious
Edison, quickly followed by Berliner’s gramophone, enjoy Lumière
Brothers’ first short movies, cross the Channel aboard Louis Bleriot’s
plane, smell (cautiously) absinth vapours, treat yourself to champagne
bubbles, sneak in Moulin Rouge, backstage, to feel the vibes behind the
scenes.
An outstanding evening we shall organize in the private
apartments of the Frison House, one of Victor Horta’s Art Nouveau
masterpieces.
The evenings will be organized from may to december 2003 from monday to thursday (proviasional calendar available).
