 If your target audience varies by show, it’s time to mix it up. To match audience interests and communication styles, send a variety of staff, from top decision-makers to engineers.
A staffer well versed in high-tech trends may win over engineers or plant managers. Salespeople may get along well with purchasing specialists. The key is to research expected prospects and match your staff to their needs. Not only will personalities mesh, but you’ll also be better prepared to meet your customers.
